Industry‘s requirements for secure and continuous transfer of constantly increasing data volumes demand cabling solutions which are able to keep up with the needs of today and the future. In order to meet ever-increasing requirements, Telegärtner is working constantly to develop new products and to improve the existing product portfolio.

Further amendments to Telegärtner’s extensive portfolio include new RJ45 patch cords using PE and PUR bulk cables. The overmoulded boots with integrated latch protection provide a secure grip for mating and unmating.

S/FTP 4x2xAWG26/7 Cat.6A PE patch cords

For outdoor network installations, it´s highly recommended to use the new S/FTP 4x2xAWG26/7 Cat.6_A patch cords with a PE jacket. The PE jacket perfectly protects the cable´s integrity from a rough ambient environment. Applications such as next generation mobile communications, extended LAN applications like outdoor WiFi access points, IP-cameras, access control systems and more can be easily connected using the UV and water resistant patch cords.

S/FTP 4x2xAWG26/7 Cat.6A PUR patch cord with cULus listing

The UL listed (CM, E344985) S/FTP 4x2xAWG26/7 Cat.7 bulk cable supports PROFINET, EtherCat and Ethernet/IP protocols. The PUR jacket is oil and UV resistant, is halogen-free and flame-retardant and can be used within a temperature range of -40 to 85 °C.
They are ideal for connections between machines and terminal equipment in the protected control cabinet.

RJ45 MP8(4) PROFINET patch cord with cULus listing

The UL listed (CMX, E344985) SF/UTP 2x2xAWG22/7 Cat. 5 type C bulk cable complies with the PROFINET cabling guidelines. In addition to PROFINET, the cable also supports EtherCAT and EtherNet/IP protocol types. The PUR jacket cable is oil and UV resistant, is halogen-free and flameretardant and can be used within a temperature range of -40 to 85 °C.
The pre-assembled connection cables are ideal for applications such as security and video surveillance systems, production monitoring systems with cameras, and moving applications that demand narrow ending radii (> 64 mm, 2 million bending cycles).
